Job Summary: As a Development Tech Lead, you will guide developers in building scalable and robust solutions, participating in architecture definition, technical decision-making, and mentoring—ensuring delivery quality. Analyze complex problems and identify root causes São Paulo, SP Senior About the Role: As a Development Tech Lead, you will serve as the team’s technical reference, guiding developers and engineers in building scalable and robust solutions. You will directly influence architecture definition, technical decision-making, mentoring, and team support. Your role is essential to ensuring delivery quality, the team’s technical growth, and alignment of solutions with business needs. Responsibilities: ✔ Lead developers and guide the team on the defined framework ✔ Quickly absorb functional rules and business requirements ✔ Manage people and foster team development ✔ Exercise technical leadership and decision-making ✔ Analyze complex problems and identify root causes ✔ Apply over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years as a developer ✔ Have at least 3 years of experience as a software engineer ✔ Work with relational and non-relational databases Requirements: ✔ Experience integrating systems ✔ Experience with microservices, orchestration, and event-driven architectures ✔ Strong backend development experience with Node.js ✔ Experience developing and consuming APIs ✔ Knowledge of backend-to-frontend integration ✔ Experience with cloud computing ✔ Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes ✔ Proficiency in PostgreSQL ✔ Familiarity with RabbitMQ and Kafka ✔ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines ✔ Experience with agile methodologies ✔ Experience with GenAI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, etc. Nice-to-Haves: ➕ Knowledge of the financial industry ➕ Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ➕ Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields ➕ Prior experience in GenAI projects Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite.
