If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own life, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct studies, diagnostics, and reviews of activity workflows; * Develop and update KPIs and dashboards; * Monitor controls; * Plan and implement process improvements; * Collaborate across business areas; * Create and update work materials (presentations, manuals, work instructions); * Perform administrative tasks (procurement, payments, inventory controls, etc.); * Support managers with supporting materials and data for decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience structuring KPIs and dashboards; * Advanced Excel and basic SQL required; * Knowledge of processes and continuous improvement; * Ability to create presentations, manuals, and other work materials; * Interest in technology and risk management; * Proficiency using operating systems. * Analytical mindset — conduct qualitative and/or quantitative analyses for decision-making * Critical thinking — rationally prioritize tasks and necessary actions * Proactivity — take initiative independently * Teamwork — collaborate effectively with peers on daily tasks * Strong communication — clearly convey ideas and messages to others * Empathy toward customers — customer-centric mindset * Task execution: perform activities autonomously, requiring minimal guidance or supervision from managers; * Content: profile of a collaborator knowledgeable about the tasks and already capable of handling basic/complex daily challenges. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Life Insurance:** To protect our greatest asset—our Kovers. **Health Plan:** Taking care of yourself and staying well matters. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal and/or food allowance on a single card!
