If you identify with this role, come join our team! **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are looking for a **Project Analyst**, at the **Senior** career level, who wants to work with us in a relaxed and dynamic environment with continuous learning while developing large-scale projects for major national and international clients. **ATTENTION!** For this position, hiring will be **hybrid in São Paulo/SP (Chácara Santo Antônio).** **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Manage and monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality. * Control scope, status, and resource allocation, maintaining visibility and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Act as a facilitator in removing impediments, promoting collaboration among teams and involved departments. * Standardize processes and activities related to project management, contributing to continuous operational improvement. * Support the preparation of *Status Reports*, ensuring clear communication of progress and risks to stakeholders. * Use metrics pragmatically and results-oriented, focusing on indicators that support decision-making. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels. * Practical experience in project management, preferably in dynamic or agile environments. * Proficiency in *issue tracking* tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). * Ability to identify risks, propose action plans, and ensure delivery predictability. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Certifications in project management (PMP, PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.). * Experience with agile and/or hybrid methodologies. * Advanced English \- reading, writing, and speaking. **HIRING PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview * Client interview * Hiring
