If you share this passion for helping others, join our dynamic credit recovery team! * Conduct **preventive outreach** to encourage timely installment payments. * Serve both **current** and **delinquent** customers through inbound channels, addressing client questions regarding Personal Loans and related contract matters. * **Negotiate** with delinquent customers via inbound channels (phone, chat, WhatsApp) to resolve Personal Loan debt. * **Conduct active outreach** to delinquent customers via **automated dialer** or manual calling to negotiate Personal Loan debt. * Assist customers in navigating the App to access payment, negotiation, and debt regularization features. * **Record** all interactions and activities in the integrated system (CRM).
