Verifying invoices against issued purchase orders. Follow\-up on purchase orders (timelines, deliveries, and potential delays). Interfacing with internal departments to align requirements. Organizing documents (contracts, proposals, and invoices). **Requirements:** Completed High School education. Experience with procurement or administrative routines.
