Job Summary: We are looking for a backend developer to provide technical solutions, support existing features, assist the team, and act as a technical reference—developing and evolving scalable and resilient solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical solutions for new features and support for existing ones 2. Develop and evolve backend solutions using microservices and serverless architecture 3. Act as a technical reference, ensuring quality standards and best practices . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical solutions for new features, ensuring alignment with business needs and defined architecture; * Support existing features by resolving issues and continuously evolving solutions; * Assist other team members with technical questions, serving as a reference and supporting decision-making focused on the best solution for the business; * Develop and evolve backend solutions using microservices and serverless computing, ensuring scalability, high availability, and resilience; * Act as a technical reference for the team, performing code reviews, supporting resolution of complex problems, and ensuring quality standards such as Clean Code, SOLID, and DDD best practices; * Develop, maintain, and evolve REST APIs and asynchronous integrations using messaging systems (e.g., SQS and SNS), ensuring performance, reliability, and proper dependency management across systems; * Design and implement backend solutions in Node.js using MVC frameworks, relational databases (SQL), and architectural patterns appropriate to the business domain; * Ensure continuous software quality through implementation of automated tests (unit, integration, BDD, etc.), contributing to reduction of technical debt and increased application maintainability; * Adopt an intrapreneurial mindset, aligning personal goals with company objectives and contributing to continuous improvement of processes, products, and organizational outcomes **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong programming logic skills; * Experience in designing and detailing technical solutions; * Experience with Node.js; * Knowledge and experience in Serverless computing (AWS Lambda); * Practical experience implementing microservices communicating synchronously and asynchronously in complex scenarios requiring high availability and high-performance asynchronous communication; * Knowledge of at least one MVC framework; * Professional experience with messaging systems (SQS/SNS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka), including use of topics/queues and solid theoretical foundation in messaging; * Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL); * Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs; * Experience with testing (unit, integration, automated, BDD, etc.); * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.); * Commitment to code quality using Clean Code practices; * Knowledge and practical application of software engineering principles, including SOLID and DDD best practices; * Intrapreneurial profile, with goals aligned to company objectives and pride in building and evolving the organization’s products. **Additional Information** This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo capital. Office attendance will be 1–2 times every 15 days.
