Dynamic profile with ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and work effectively in teams. Administer operational environments; monitor and evaluate network performance; * Perform maintenance on installed programs, systems, and services provided; * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues; * Conduct hardware and IT equipment maintenance and cleaning; * Commitment to SLA performance targets; * Manage IT inventory (Hardware and Software); * Database knowledge is desirable. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in one of the following fields or related technology areas: * Information Systems; * Computer Science; * Computer Engineering.
