




Job Summary: Professional responsible for residential claims analysis, customer service, process management, identification of contractual issues, and monitoring of service providers. Continuous improvement of product and service quality Description: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in residential claims analysis; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote). * Provide customer service and support under supervision (by specialists and managers) to meet customer expectations through compliance with contractual terms and deadlines, processing payments or denials of service requests, considering each product's specificities and target audience; * Correct or supplement information collected during claims registration for analysis, based on queries performed in internal systems or through contact with customers and service providers; * Manage claims inventory, process pending document collections, update reserves, and perform administrative closures within established deadlines to ensure continuous process monitoring, including sending correspondence to customers and system updates; * Identify potential contractual insurance issues and notify relevant departments (technical, legal, commercial) to correct claims handling and continuously improve and enhance the quality of products offered to our customers; * Monitor service providers' status regarding claim processes to ensure adherence to contractual deadlines, maintain systematic tracking, keep customers updated in the system, address questions related to loss assessment, safeguard our right to recovery, and manage salvaged items—preventing failures by adhering to general and specific product conditions; * Engage or release service providers to conduct inspections/expert assessments to verify damages/losses, updating the system accordingly; * Conduct inspections to assess damages/losses, supporting other analysts in the area and continuously improving the quality of services offered to our customers when necessary. 2512100202181911540
