Job Summary: A sales professional focused on omnichannel customer service and satisfaction, responsible for replenishment, sales, and customer loyalty, providing support across multiple areas. Negotiation and order creation, operating the cash register and exchange counter. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in construction materials and home maintenance is a plus. * Sales experience. * Technical product knowledge. * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Negotiation skills. * Connected, omnichannel, resilient profile with easy adaptability to change. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **A Day in the Life of an Express Sales Operator:** * Manages daily replenishment of transfers received by the Express store, and routine stock replenishment. * Approaches, serves, and closes sales with customers on the store floor. * Builds customer loyalty through close relationships, personalized and efficient service. * Creates sales orders and negotiates delivery and pickup timelines with customers, selling the full ready-to-deliver range available at the Express store and the complete large-format Leroy Merlin product range. * Serves customers across multiple sales channels—Physical Store, Web, Phone, and WhatsApp—closing sales omnichannel using alternative payment tools. * Operates the cash register whenever necessary. * Manages the exchange counter, handling returns and providing technical customer support. * Ensures inventory accuracy through frequent cycle counts.
