Job Summary: Manage a Business Unit in the Food segment, ensuring production, quality, safety, and excellence in customer service, while leading and developing teams. Key Highlights: 1. You will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in customer service within the Food segment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the process and completion of all services within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within your scope to optimize business unit operations; * Be responsible for planning and creating the unit’s annual budget and ensure it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage the team: establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, and health & safety training; ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate within a large-scale corporate facilities business. **Main Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in corporate soft facilities; * Proven experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Valid driver’s license; * Personal vehicle **Preferred Qualifications:** * English proficiency is a plus **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with occasional weekend and/or holiday assignments. **Benefits that support your holistic well-being** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
