Job Mission: Ensure that physical infrastructure remains in optimal condition by performing preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee environmental functionality and safety. Responsibilities: * Develop cost and expense control strategies, and manage supplier contracts to optimize resources and negotiate better pricing and delivery terms. * Manage facilities and expansion budgets, controlling OPEX and CAPEX. * Implement processes, conduct periodic audits, and ensure that facilities comply with quality and safety standards. * Monitor supplier performance to ensure contract, SLA (Service Level Agreement), and service quality compliance. * Proven team management experience is essential, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities operations-related matters. * Continuously map, analyze, and optimize facilities and maintenance operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. 2511210202471882418
