Job Summary: Procurement analyst in civil construction responsible for analyzing technical specifications, obtaining price quotations, purchasing materials and services, and negotiating with suppliers for construction projects. Knowledge of construction materials, services, and processes. * Analyze technical specifications of materials and equipment together with engineers and architects. Obtain price quotations from multiple suppliers to identify the most competitive offers. Procure materials and services for civil construction projects. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards. Develop and qualify strategic suppliers. * Proven experience in procurement within the civil construction sector. Knowledge of construction materials, services, and processes. Negotiation and cost analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
