Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's backbone network infrastructure, ensuring stable operation of the network, optical fiber, and transmission equipment. Field operations and emergency response. **Job Description** Responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's backbone network infrastructure, ensuring stable operation of the network, optical fiber, and transmission equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Maintain **backbone optical fiber links** * Perform **optical fiber splicing** * Conduct **OTDR testing** * Identify and resolve **network faults** * Perform preventive and corrective network maintenance * Support field teams in incident resolution * Document technical activities performed * Respond to emergency optical fiber breakage incidents **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school (technical course in Telecommunications, Networking, or Electronics preferred) * Experience with **optical fiber networks** * Experience in **optical fiber splicing** * Knowledge of **OTDR and Power Meter testing** * Basic knowledge of **TCP/IP networks** * Experience in external telecommunications network maintenance * Knowledge of identifying and repairing faults in optical fiber links * Driver's license category **B** and willingness to drive * Availability for **field work and emergency response** * Preferred Qualifications: * NR10 certification * **NR35 certification** * **Experience with transport or backbone networks of service providers** * **Experience with networking and transmission equipment.** Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2.300,00 \- R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Meal voucher * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
