We help reinvent how professionals work; our team of experts brings together information, innovation, and insight to unravel complex situations across Tax, International Trade, Accounting, and Legal markets, supporting our clients in decision-making. **About the Role** In this role, as a Senior Support Analyst, you will: * Proactively monitor tickets to ensure customer satisfaction and proper use of solutions; * Provide technical support to customers through multiple channels: ticketing tool, phone, and WhatsApp, addressing inquiries and resolving issues; * Engage in problem resolution or clarification of questions, collaborating with the team to identify optimal solutions; * Properly document all interactions, resolutions, and procedures for future reference and knowledge base development; * Adopt a positive behavioral support approach, ensuring effective and empathetic communication with users; * Actively collaborate with the team in a collaborative work environment, contributing collectively to problem resolution; * Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and ensure timely customer support. **About You** For this position, we seek professionals with the following Skills & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in IT, completed or in progress; * Professional experience in Systems Support; * Knowledge of PL/SQL.
