Requirements: **Responsibilities and Duties** Experience working on Mobile-oriented BFFs Design and develop scalable and resilient backend solutions using Java; Ensure code quality with emphasis on maintainability and performance; Support the dissemination of software engineering best practices, including TDD, BDD, DDD, and Clean Code; Conduct code reviews and optimizations, pair programming, and mentoring with the team; Collaborate with business areas to translate complex rules into efficient implementations; Promote technical knowledge sharing and provide support to development teams; Guide and establish technical guidelines for requirements gathering with clients; Assume technical responsibility for backend-related matters across projects and products; Ensure technical documentation of projects and application security; Autonomously propose solutions and contribute to decision-making at various leadership levels; Facilitate consensus-building for high-complexity technical decisions, promoting collaboration and alignment among development teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** Solid software development experience; Proficiency in programming languages such as Java 8+; Experience building software components for development platforms; Advanced knowledge of the Spring Boot framework; Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab CI, AWS Cloud; Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB/Redis); Advanced knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka and RabbitMQ); Knowledge of design patterns and microservices; Familiarity with agile practices and development methodologies; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
