HOSPLOG is growing and seeking a committed Junior Pharmacy Technician focused on patient safety and process excellence. You will join a structured operation with clear protocols, cutting-edge technology, and a team dedicated to supporting your professional development. * Perform medication and material sorting, verification, and dispensing. * Control expiration dates, storage conditions, and inventory organization. * Record transactions in the system (receipts, shipments, returns). * Follow pharmacy safety regulations, good practices, and SOPs. * Support inventory audits and cyclic counts. * Provide support to the hospital team. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or nearing completion of a Technical Pharmacy program; or currently enrolled in a Pharmacy undergraduate program. * Availability to work under CLT employment regime on a 12x36 shift schedule. * Basic knowledge of good practices for medication storage and dispensing. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to protocols. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in hospital pharmacies, clinical pharmacies, or pharmaceutical distribution companies. * Experience with pharmacy/inventory management systems. * Knowledge of controlled and temperature-sensitive medication handling.
