We seek a **Systems Coordinator** to lead the support and evolution of the corporate systems environment, with **strong expertise in ERP Datasul, WMS, MRP**, and integrations with legacy systems. This professional must have a hands\-on profile, directly resolving incidents, executing projects, and driving continuous improvements, while maintaining close alignment with business needs. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Coordinate support for corporate systems (ERP Datasul, WMS, MRP, and integrations). * Ensure proactive environmental monitoring. * Guarantee availability, stability, and performance of business-critical systems. * Act hands\-on in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA). * Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers skilled in Progress, SQL Server, Python, and integrations. * Manage and prioritize support requests, evolutionary improvements, and projects. * Handle and manage critical tickets via ServiceNow. * Plan and execute technological evolution and integration projects. * Coordinate integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. * Ensure technical governance of environments and delivery quality. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and serve as the focal point between IT and business units. * Be available for emergency interventions when required. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Solid experience with ERP Datasul (TOTVS). * Practical knowledge of Progress/OpenEdge. * Experience with SQL Server. * Experience with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs. * Knowledge of Python for automation and integrations. * Experience with WMS, MRP, and legacy systems. * Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Prior experience in coordination or technical leadership roles. * Experience in mission-critical environments. * Knowledge of integration architectures and IT governance.
