Assistance in identifying and resolving operational discrepancies. **Card Operations Assistant** **Summary:** Responsible for executing and controlling operational activities related to card management, including inventory control, printing, verification, sorting, and shipping. Manages material organization and storage, updates logistics registrations, and supports internal and external requests, ensuring information accuracy, deadline compliance, and card delivery quality. Also assists in identifying and resolving operational discrepancies, ensuring process continuity and efficiency. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform daily card inventory control, recording all entries and exits in system and/or internal logs, ensuring traceability and data accuracy. * Execute card printing according to system-based requests, ensuring correct data parameterization and output material quality. * Prepare cards, including sorting by customer, batch, or benefit type, per received requests. * Conduct detailed card verification, validating data such as beneficiary name, numbering, product type, and other relevant information, ensuring alignment with the system database. * Perform sorting, organization, and assembly of kits, where applicable, ensuring all required items are complete and correctly allocated. * Ensure physical organization of materials and cards, maintaining a structured environment with clear, standardized item identification for easy location. * Ensure appropriate storage of cards and supplies, adhering to security, integrity, and access control criteria. * Perform address registrations and updates in internal systems and postal service platforms, ensuring information correctness for shipping. * Monitor and execute card shipping and reshipping processes, as needed, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Maintain updated and organized records of all inventory movements, print jobs, shipments, and returns, ensuring operational control and traceability. * Provide service to internal and external customers, addressing requests related to issuance, shipping, reshipping, or card inconsistencies. * Assist in identifying and handling discrepancies, such as registration inconsistencies, printing failures, losses, or returns, acting promptly to mitigate impacts. * Proactively resolve operational contingencies, ensuring workflow continuity and adherence to agreed deadlines. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical course and/or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Technology, or related fields Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel is a plus).
