If you are passionate about manual work, skilled in welding techniques, and value safety and quality, this opportunity is for you! **Technical Requirements:** * Proficiency in MIG and RSW (Spot Welding) techniques, including knowledge of processes, equipment, and materials used. * Practical welding experience, even at a basic level, or experience as a welding assistant. * Recognized certifications in MIG and RSW (Spot Welding) will be a plus. **Required Competencies:** * Strict knowledge and application of occupational safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and accident prevention procedures. * Advanced manual dexterity and excellent motor coordination, with attention to detail to ensure quality and precision of work performed. * Professional demeanor, including organization, discipline, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn and develop. **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding services with quality, adhering to established technical and safety standards. * Finish parts (grinding) * Maintenance and care of welding equipment. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and excellence in projects.
