Job Summary: A strategic opportunity in social impact projects for a professional responsible for family and adolescent follow-up, life project development, and mediation with companies. Promotion of social development and connection of opportunities Strategic opportunity to work on social impact projects, with anticipated commencement of duties in March or April 2026 (date still to be determined). The PRE-PROFESSIONAL APPRENTICESHIP PROJECT aims to promote professional training for adolescents, focusing on their protected integration into the labor market, in accordance with the principles of comprehensive protection and the right to professionalization. The initiative offers theoretical and practical training, integrating technical and socioemotional content, organized into three modules: Youth and the World of Work, Administrative Practices, and Digital Inclusion. The training totals 90 hours, distributed across 30 sessions, with psychosocial support and follow-up for participants. The project will be implemented across 10 CIEE/SC units **(Brusque, Criciúma, Lages, Joaçaba, São Miguel do Oeste, Chapecó, Jaraguá do Sul, Joinville, São José, and Tubarão)** and will serve 200 youth in Santa Catarina. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** This professional will be responsible for: a) family and adolescent follow-up, b) development of their professional life projects, c) referrals to municipal socio-assistance networks in implementation municipalities, d) mediation with partner companies to open new apprenticeship positions, e) referral and follow-up of apprentices participating in the project. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed degree in Social Work; * Active registration with CRESS; * Knowledge of and experience working with youth, initial labor market integration, and social projects. * Personal laptop required. Contract will be under service provision terms, with payment processed via RPA. Contract duration will be 6 months, starting February 2026. **Additional Information** Work location will be on-site at CIEE/SC headquarters in **(Brusque, Criciúma, Lages, Joaçaba, São Miguel do Oeste, Chapecó, Jaraguá do Sul, Joinville, São José, and Tubarão)**, serving 200 youth in Santa Catarina. Working hours: 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday through Friday). Remuneration: R$ 4.250,00 per month. Contract period: 6 months.
