Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the development and integration of complex solutions, including the TOTVS Protheus ERP system, proposing and implementing new technologies and improvements. Strategically contribute to technological innovation Description: The professional will develop complex solutions, integrate corporate systems with the TOTVS Protheus ERP, and propose and implement new technologies and improvements. Conduct code reviews, support the team's technical growth, and ensure projects meet quality standards, information security requirements, and software development best practices. Strategically contribute to technological innovation and align systems with business objectives. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead the development of complex projects, ensuring system quality, stability, and performance. * Be responsible for complex functionalities in legacy systems, company technologies, and the TOTVS Protheus ERP. * Manage and develop integrations among systems used by the company. * Apply and propose new technological solutions in production and administrative processes. * Manage development projects, monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and technical quality. * Define the architecture of new solutions and conduct code reviews and approvals. * Monitor and validate that activities comply with information security policies. * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting programming best practices and continuous innovation. * Propose and supervise the development of new solutions and improvements to existing systems. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Federal Inspection requirements, and internal quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
