If you seek professional fulfillment \+ genuine care for people, this is your place! **WHAT WE EXPECT:** * Execute relationship management tasks as required by the department. * Participate in organizing general assemblies and institutional meetings. * Identify, recruit, negotiate, contract, monitor, and terminate agreements with accredited providers, under supervision. * Identify, recruit, onboard, monitor, and offboard cooperative members, under supervision. * Participate in and deliver training sessions—department-specific or cross-functional—for the capacity building of employees, cooperative members, and providers. * Conduct data collection, organization, maintenance, handling, and archiving to support dashboard creation, scenario analysis, and mapping. * Draft texts, reports, and documents to support analysis and decision-making. * Conduct surveys and/or proactive calls to cooperative members or providers, as needed, to better understand target audiences and assess the impact of company practices. * Conduct monitoring visits to accredited providers and cooperative members to ensure adherence to organizational principles. **WHAT WE OFFER** * **Compensation:** R$ 2,372\.09 * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 511.64/month; * **Lunch Voucher:** R$ 40.00/day \+ full cafeteria access; * **Unimed Health Plan (Unimax hospital plan):** no co-payment, with nominal monthly fee; * **Uniodonto Dental Plan (Odontomaster):** free for employee and immediate dependents; * **Comprehensive Health and Well\-Being Program** (quarterly benefit); * **Education Assistance:** up to 25% coverage for undergraduate or graduate studies (after 1 year of employment); * **Life Insurance**; **ABOUT UNIODONTO PORTO ALEGRE** We are a **cooperative hub of dentists** promoting health, trust, and well\-being through dental solutions.
