Job Summary: Professional responsible for inspection, installation, and preventive/corrective maintenance of telecommunications products and services for B2C and SME customers. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of optical fiber/metallic cabling. 2. Operation of dispatch systems and testing instruments. 3. Work with safety and care for equipment. ### **Responsibilities** Inspection and servicing of installations and preventive/corrective maintenance for Algar Telecom's products and services (B2C, SME) according to the requirements of your area of operation. ### **Education** Completed High School ### **Additional Requirements** * Possession of Driver's License Category B. * Intermediate knowledge of basic computer tools, Windows environment, and Office suite. ### **Job Description** Inspect, install, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on customer circuits (Optical Fiber/Metallic). Installation and Maintenance Team: * Operation and interaction with the service order dispatch system (TOA/SOM), * Record and control materials applied at customer sites, * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of sites, * Install and remove optical, metallic, and coaxial cables, * Drive the vehicle in compliance with the company's safety regulations, * Operate testing instruments (Power Meter), * Set up workplace signage using PPE, * Use PPE in accordance with the company's occupational safety standards. ### **Working Hours:** Mon-Fri 08:00 to 18:00 (60-min lunch break) \| 200 hours/month ### **Pre \- requisites** Reside in the city of Porto Alegre
