Proposing technical solutions and overseeing e-commerce projects We are seeking an **IT Applications Analyst** specialized in e\-commerce to join our Technology team. Your mission will be to support, evolve, and optimize our e\-commerce platform, ensuring the best end-user experience, high performance, and seamless integrations with ERP and other tools. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Architect/maintain/propose technical solutions for the e\-commerce platform and all its internal and external integrations. * Perform project oversight and improvement activities related to e\-commerce, evaluating quality and validating the final product with stakeholders. * Address, resolve, and prevent systemic incidents impacting sales and operations. * Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business areas. * Drive the continuous evolution of e\-commerce by proposing process, system, and user experience improvements. * Support functional, integrated, and regression testing. * Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation. * Manage source code and data model version control. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Knowledge of Retail (B2B, B2C, and Marketplaces). * Experience implementing and supporting e\-commerce platforms (VTEX preferred). * Experience in multi-layered and multi-platform environments. * System integration (ERP). * Knowledge of microservices architecture (preferably .NET). * Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, .NET and/or Node.js, relational and non-relational databases. * Familiarity with cloud architecture and solutions (preferably AZURE). * Basic knowledge of SEO and search engine optimization techniques. * Experience in projects applying Agile methodologies. **Additional Information** * Annual Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR) * Unimed Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site Cafeteria * Transportation Allowance as per CLT regulations * Retail Workers’ Day Off Our story began in 1935, founded by Francisco José and Santina Zaffari, who—with care and dedication—established a grocery store in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul.
