Process Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes; participating in continuous improvement projects; and collaborating with business units to align processes with company strategies. Collaboration with IT and business areas on automation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Map, analyze, and optimize operational and administrative processes, proposing improvements focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and increased productivity. Participate in continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as **BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma**, including analysis of **FTE, ROI, and Payback**. Partner with **IT and business areas** to develop and implement automation solutions. Monitor implementation of improvements, supporting managers in analyzing **planned vs. actual**, testing, validation, and performance indicator-based results tracking. Collaborate across departments to ensure process alignment with **company strategies**, acting as a change facilitator. Conduct ad-hoc process audits and support maintenance of the **Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015\)**. Lead **staffing analyses**, capacity studies, productivity assessments, and team allocation planning in partnership with HR. Map, analyze, and document **business rules and system requirements**, evaluating cost\-benefit and ensuring up-to-date documentation.
