IT Support Analyst

Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical support, ensuring the proper operation of systems and IT infrastructure, identifying and resolving issues, and performing maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for users, systems, and IT infrastructure. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment. **General Description:** Responsible for providing technical support to users, ensuring the proper operation of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure. Identifies and resolves issues, installs software, and maintains technological environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to technical support requests (on-site and remote); * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications; * Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions; * Monitor systems and IT infrastructure; * Document support activities and technical procedures; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Support implementation of IT improvements and projects; * Ensure information security and adherence to best practices for technology resource usage. **Requirements:** * Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux); * Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Experience with technical support and help desk tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and corporate software; * Strong communication skills and user-facing service ability. ***Notes:*** * Fully on-site position in PORTOALEGRE/RS * **Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM** ***For daily use:*** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Family, Health and Well-being ***Family, Health and Well-being:*** * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * Discounts at school clinics * TotalPass (partnership with gyms) * Employee Assistance Program – EAP (free and confidential psychological, social, financial, and legal support)
