Job Summary: SEBRATEL is seeking a Technical Support Operator to work at the Field Operations Support Center (CAOC), providing qualified technical support and ensuring proper system operation. Responsibilities: * Provide qualified technical support to field technicians; * Ensure proper functioning of deployed systems; * Reduce technical incident resolution time; * Ensure compliance with technical standards and operational best practices; * Act as a centralized point of contact for technical issue escalation; * Manage service flow using automated tools; * Standardize technical request records and categories.
