In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: * Support customer service, relationship, and secretarial teams in using CRM platforms (lead management), Lyceum/GV Dasa (academic systems), and CX One (telephony system), clarifying doubts and guiding best practices; * Develop and update support materials and training content on features, system enhancements, and customer service practices; * Actively engage in support channels (CRM and Lyceum/GV Dasa), ensuring prompt and accurate responses; * Conduct onboarding training for new employees at the POA Regional Call Centers; * Manage access rights and permissions in the CRM, ensuring alignment with defined profiles, roles, teams, and hierarchies; * Design, configure, and execute communication campaigns (e\-mail, WhatsApp, and other CRM-integrated channels); * Support units in executing targeted campaigns and relationship initiatives; * Provide databases to meet operational unit demands and Supervision’s analytical needs; * Monitor and optimize automated relationship workflows, driving continuous improvement; * Ensure CRM data quality and integrity through hygiene routines, deduplication, standardization, and record maintenance; * Perform data extractions and analyses to support operational and strategic decisions; * Support integrations among systems (CRM, ERP, and academic system) when required; * Manage unit calendars, ensuring correct availability and appropriate blocking; * Track and update vacancy availability in coordination with units; * Manage and monitor service protocols, ensuring proper tracking and resolution; * Monitor KPIs and BI data with an analytical, results-oriented mindset; * Generate insights to improve conversion rates, operational efficiency, and family experience; * Monitor lead health, identify atypical behaviors, and alert responsible areas for course correction; * Actively participate in CRM evolution projects, new processes, and integrations—including requirements gathering, testing, and validation; * Interact with vendors and partners on CRM-related matters; * Maintain updated unit FAQs, structuring content clearly and accessibly; * Develop expertise in CX One, contributing to report generation, operational improvements, and tool evolution. **To qualify for this role, you need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Proficiency in CRM for data, workflow, and reporting management; * Basic knowledge of academic systems; * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience in related activities.
