Job Summary: The Administrative Analyst will support the academic-administrative management of postgraduate programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of academic-administrative processes for improvement The Administrative Analyst will support the academic-administrative management of stricto sensu postgraduate programs, contributing to regulatory compliance, process quality, and operational efficiency. The position requires integrated collaboration with coordinations, faculty, and students, ensuring qualified execution of routine tasks and responsive support to demands. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support coordinations in conducting operational routines and administrative decision-making; * Provide support to faculty and invited professionals by organizing financial, logistical, and administrative resources; * Assist and guide students throughout their academic journey; * Participate in institutional projects and strategic initiatives of the School; * Analyze academic-administrative processes, proposing improvements and workflow optimizations; * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability in institutional systems; * Provide technical guidance to early-career professionals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in academic-administrative routines, preferably within a stricto sensu postgraduate program; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Familiarity with regulatory processes and CAPES evaluation; * Analytical profile with strong aptitude for data management, reporting, and academic systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational ability and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of the Sucupira Platform and other CAPES systems; * Experience with funding agencies such as CNPq* and FAPERGS; * Involvement in the operationalization of calls for proposals (funding, scholarships, research projects). **Additional Information** **Work Mode:** On-site **Our Benefits Package:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Daycare reimbursement; * Education assistance covering up to 80% of undergraduate tuition fees and 50% of postgraduate, language, and extension course fees; * Free parking; * Complementary private pension plan; * Life insurance; * Year-end recess. *If you believe in meaningful work that creates value and positive impact for society and the University,* ***JOIN PUCRS!*** At PUCRS, we believe every person can transform the world—and this belief drives us daily to become everything we can be.
