Job Summary: The Wine Tecnologia is seeking IT technicians to handle services and escalated requests from Level 1 support teams. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on Level 1 service and support request handling. 2. Support from the entire IT team. 3. Essential technical knowledge of software, hardware, and networks. Wine Tecnologia is seeking IT professionals in Rio Grande do Sul (RS). Positions: 02 Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Location: Office located in Cachoerinha – RS Focus on delivering company services and handling requests escalated by Level 1 support teams\. Technical knowledge required in software, hardware, Windows, Office suite, networks (cabling and infrastructure), and servers. Full support will be provided by the entire IT team.
