If you are proactive, analytical, and eager to gain experience in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity! **Invoice Control:** entry, verification, classification, and accounting recording. **Accounts Payable and Receivable:** support in payment scheduling, overdue item tracking, and bank reconciliation. **File and Document Organization:** physical and digital, with focus on compliance and auditing. **Data Entry and Compilation:** spreadsheet completion. Purchase order issuance and office supplies inventory control. Support for other department-related activities. Database updates and ERP system support. , Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Basic knowledge of accounting and finance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM (6 hours), including lunch break.
