The candidate will be responsible for configuring telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure for subscriber activation, as well as installing them. **Responsibilities:** · Perform initial technical support tasks. · Assist in cable installation, network equipment configuration, and connection device setup for subscriber activation. · Assist with subscriber repairs whenever necessary. · Assist in organizing materials, tools, and work equipment. · Guide subscribers using a handbook outlining best practices and support contact information. · Conduct tests with subscribers to demonstrate the speed and functionality of contracted services. · Record all activities and daily service reports in the service order (OS). **Requirements:** * Prior proven experience in telecommunications or technology sectors is preferred; * Prior knowledge and understanding of NR10 and NR35 regulations; * Proactivity and discipline; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: Starting from R$1.718,67 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
