Coordinate the maintenance team; Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance; Develop and control maintenance plans; Monitor maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog); Control work orders; Manage service providers and maintenance contracts.

Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering,
or Technologist in Industrial Maintenance with CREA registration (where applicable to the field of study);
* Proven experience coordinating maintenance teams;
* Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS);
* Certifications in PCM, Technical Drawing Reading and Interpretation (mechanical and electrical), NR-10, NR-12, and occupational safety applied to maintenance;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
