Process guest check\-out, generating invoices, receiving payments, and finalizing stays. Answer telephone calls, providing information and routing calls appropriately. Receive and direct guests and visitors. Provide information about hotel services, operating hours, rates, and local attractions. Receive and record complaints and suggestions, forwarding them to the responsible departments. Assist guests with requests such as taxi bookings and transportation information. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Operate the hotel management system to handle reservations, check\-ins, and check\-outs. Follow hotel security procedures.
