




Receive, verify and identify materials according to invoices, purchase orders and technical specifications; Control physical and system inventory (material intake, output and returns); Support planning and scheduling of materials to meet production and assembly demands; Ensure traceability of all materials (steel, flanges, valves, fittings, consumables, paints, etc.); Generate material control and movement reports; Monitor receiving inspections and segregate non-conforming materials; Maintain warehouse organization and standardization; Support internal and external transportation logistics for materials and equipment; Cooperate with the quality department during inspections and audits. Requirements: Experience and qualifications: * Completed Technical Education (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Logistics or related fields); * Experience in industrial materials control and management (preferably in construction and assembly projects); * Knowledge of ERP systems (Alterdata, SAP, etc.); * Basic ability to read isometrics, material lists (MTO) and technical specifications; * Proficiency in Excel and control spreadsheets; * Knowledge of material standards (ASME, ASTM, DIN, ANSI, etc.) will be considered a differentiator.
