Here, you will have the chance to contribute to real projects, develop your skills, and make a difference from day one! **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** * A determined and driven professional passionate about learning and development, who will perform external duties as a representative, supporting passenger transportation in personnel logistics (**crew shift changes at ports and airports**) with safety, efficiency, and excellence in service to national and international crew members. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, initiative, sense of urgency, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, responsibility, focus, and capacity to work under pressure. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Preferably 2 years of experience in administrative and operational roles within logistics and personnel management. * A degree in Logistics and intermediate English proficiency are advantages.
