Job Summary: Professional responsible for recording water meter readings, delivering bills, verifying and updating customer registration data, performing simple disconnections, and identifying potential new customers. Recording and verification of information for billing Grupo Seres, in partnership with a company in the sanitation sector, is seeking professionals to work as Commercial Agent \- Meter Reader. Responsibilities: Record monthly water consumption meter readings from customers; print, verify, and deliver corresponding bills, notices, and invoices to users according to predefined route addresses; Issue and deliver invoices, informational letters, and other documents to customers; Verify and record customer registration updates, irregularities, and visible leaks to ensure accurate billing for services provided by the Company; Perform simple disconnections; Identify and map potential new customers to enable new registrations; Record and report any non-conformities to the reading supervisor, ensuring service quality. Requirements: Completed high school education; Must be available for external work and possess strong communication skills. Valid Class B driver's license. Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
