We are seeking an External Sales Supervisor to lead our sales area in Araruama. Responsibilities: * Monitor and guide sales representatives' performance. * Analyze sales results. * Create strategies to increase sales and recover inactive customers. * Support and advise sales representatives during negotiations. * Identify market opportunities and relay information to management. * Train and develop the sales team. * Resolve conflicts between customers and sales representatives, seeking balance and quick resolution. * Motivate the team and promote a healthy competitive environment. Requirements: * High school diploma * Permanent driver's license EAR * Proven experience in sales; * Prior experience managing sales teams; * Analytical profile with strong results orientation; * Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
