We are a Brazilian company that for over 45 years has been developing subsea solutions for the offshore energy market, ensuring ocean sustainability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in coordinating the team during pull\-in operations, under supervision. * Participate in data collection and development of operational planning for pull\-in operations. * Assist in preparing daily construction reports. * Participate in pre\-operational meetings with PLSV. * Conduct DDSMS (Daily Safety, Environment, and Health Dialogue) with the team before tasks begin. * Assist in preparing technical documentation related to the operation. * Coordinate the team during pull\-in/out operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. * Perform data collection for pull\-in operations and ensure proper preparation of operational plans. * Prepare complete and accurate daily construction reports. * Lead pre\-operational meetings with PLSV. * Conduct DDSMS with the team, ensuring understanding of safety, environment, and health guidelines. * Prepare and supervise all operational documentation, ensuring compliance with procedures. * Supervise operations with PLSV and RSV, including disassembly and assembly of winch traction unit plates. * Lead the team during pull\-in operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. * Review and supervise operational plans, daily construction reports, and all related documentation. * Supervise and ensure safety and efficiency during operations with PLSV and RSV, especially activities related to assembly and disassembly of critical equipment. * Communicate expectations and provide guidance to ensure all team members understand their individual and collective responsibilities and goals. * Promote professional growth and continuous development of team members through training, constructive feedback, and career opportunities. * Make informed and effective decisions that enhance team productivity and efficiency, proactively and quickly resolving issues. * Perform activities in accordance with institutional rules, safety, health, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations; * Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the business environment; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Comply with company institutional rules and regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory**: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * T\-HUET and CBSP; * Advanced experience in pull\-in/out operations (5 years or more); * In-depth knowledge of inspection and replacement of winch wire ropes; * Skills in leading and supervising teams and complex operations; * Expertise in safety standards and detailed technical documentation. **Desirable**: * MBA or specialization in Naval Engineering or related fields; * Confined Space (NR\-33\); * Load Handling Course; * Working at Heights (NR \-35\); **Additional information** **Working conditions****:** * Work regime: Offshore; * Schedule: 14 x 14\. **Benefits****:** * Meal or food allowance; * Health plan extended to legal dependents; * Dental plan extended to legal dependents; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * English course.
