We are seeking a **Dynamic Positioning Operator** to join our operational team. Job Mission: Act as assistant to the SDPO and as support to the Watch Officer during navigation, whether in dynamic positioning or anchoring mode, and assist in maintaining lifesaving equipment, developing emergency and abandonment procedures, and providing necessary guidance to onboard personnel during drills and emergency situations, thereby contributing to navigation and personnel safety onboard. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Reports to the Senior Dynamic Positioning Operator, First Officer, and Master. * Operates dynamic positioning equipment under the supervision and direction of the SDPO. * Knows and is able to operate the ballast control system and understands the power management system's functionality. * Maintains the drillship in a stable condition and at the correct trim and draft when so instructed and supervised. * Assists in setting operational parameters for the DP system. * Stands radar watch during emergencies or situations requiring immediate information on distances and bearings. * Maintains constant surveillance of other vessels approaching without prior authorization within the vessel’s 500-meter safety zone. * Executes maintenance work orders for lifesaving equipment and others as required. * Plans and transmits SISTRAM messages. * Ensures DP system data are properly recorded. * Alerts the Senior Dynamic Positioning Operator of potential position loss. * Assists in recording operation and maintenance of transducers and transponders. * Prepares transponder arrangements for the new location and submits them for SDPO review. * Regularly and, to the extent possible, conducts DP simulator training and addresses questions regarding it. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Nautical Sciences * CIR 2ON – STCW II/1 or II/2 * Maritime certification **You stand out if you have:** * Offshore experience on drilling units * Full DP certification **Additional Information** **Offshore Work Schedule – 14x14** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Private Pension Plan * Birthday Bonus * Birthday Allowance * Back-to-School Allowance * Newborn Allowance * Daycare Allowance * Gympass Have you ever considered building your career at a company certified as a *Great Place to Work*, operating in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country? **Constellation** is the leader in ultra-deepwater drilling in Brazil and has been continuously committed to petroleum industry development for over 45 years.
