Job Summary: Supply Analyst to manage inventory levels, analyze consumption, prepare reports, and optimize supply processes. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic inventory and supply management and analysis 2. Preparation of managerial reports and performance indicators 3. Serving as a technical reference and identifying continuous improvements Analyze and monitor inventory levels (consumables, tools, equipment, and production materials); Analyze material consumption, turnover, coverage, and criticality; Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators (KPIs); Support the definition of minimum, maximum, and reorder point inventory policies; Ensure compliance with internal procedures, standards, and audits; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in supply processes; Serve as a technical reference for assistants and junior staff in the area. Requirements: Technical degree in Logistics, Mechanics, or related fields; * Proven experience in logistics/supply chain; * Knowledge of Integrated Logistics – including transportation, warehousing, and distribution; * ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, Alterdata, or similar), especially inventory and materials modules; * Excel / Power BI – for analysis, dashboards, and reporting; * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, along with SAP experience, will be considered a plus. → Technical degree in Logistics, Mechanics, or related fields; → Proven experience in logistics/supply chain; → Knowledge of Integrated Logistics – including transportation, warehousing, and distribution; → ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, Alterdata, or similar), especially inventory and materials modules; → Excel / Power BI – for analysis, dashboards, and reporting; → Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, along with SAP experience, will be considered a plus.
