The incumbent will audit, redesign, and execute HR and DP routines, ensuring labor compliance and operational efficiency to support business growth and professionalization (multi-store operations and distribution center). **Main Responsibilities:** * **Auditing and Compliance (DP):** Audit and restructure onboarding, termination, timekeeping, vacation, and benefits processes. * **Operational Efficiency:** Manage payroll processing routines interfacing with ERP systems. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Supervise end-to-end recruitment and selection for operational and tactical positions (stores and factory). * **Business Partnering and Governance:** Serve as technical focal point for leadership, mediate conflicts, support shift scheduling, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (NRs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, People Management, or HR Management. * Excel/Office: Proficiency in Microsoft tools. * Proactive, communicative profile with strong attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with or familiarity with Solides and Citel systems. * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and DP routines. * Experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Demonstrated Training and Development skills. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic People Management or related fields. * Direct experience in restructuring. * Experience in process implementation. * Technical expertise in Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) for the commerce sector in the Lagos Region.
