The company offers comprehensive service infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** Greet customers courteously; perform check\-in and check\-out; attend to guest requests during their stay; provide support and communication with all departments; answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages; handle counter reservations; and maintain organized records of registration forms, guest profiles, and vouchers. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; basic computer skills; strong communication abilities; agility; and teamwork proficiency.
