**Grupo Bmaia is seeking: HR ANALYST** Location: Corporate Office – São Pedro da Aldeia \| RJ We are a retail group with strong presence across the state of Rio de Janeiro, specializing in the sale of home appliances, consumer electronics, and furniture. Currently, we operate over 20 branches across the interior of Rio de Janeiro state and continue expanding steadily. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generalist HR activities (Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Employee Integration, and Training); * Monitoring of HR performance indicators; * Support for leaders and employees; * Assistance with routine HR administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in **Human Resources**; * Knowledge of HR procedures and labor legislation (preferred); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * **Valid CNH Category B driver’s license – mandatory**.
