Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional focused on plumbing, basic electricity, and painting to support repairs and preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on preventive maintenance and organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform **plumbing** services (e.g., faucet replacement, valve repairs, minor leaks, water tank adjustments, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of **plumbing and basic electricity** * Experience in **painting** * Understanding of **preventive maintenance** * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail * Ability to work on **small construction projects and repairs** * Proactivity and good communication skills * Perform **basic electrical** services (e.g., socket and switch replacement, light bulb replacement, minor repairs) * Conduct **painting and touch-up work** in indoor and outdoor areas * Support **small structural construction projects and repairs** * Carry out **preventive maintenance** on equipment and common areas * Maintain **workplace organization and cleanliness**, including tools and materials * Respond promptly and efficiently to internal maintenance requests Water leakage; * Water tank cleaning; * Replacement of sanitary ware and fixtures; * Maintenance of a building’s plumbing system; * Application of waterproofing material; * Installation of gas systems; * Development of fire suppression systems.
