Responsibilities: * Prepare handmade pizza doughs * Assemble and bake pizzas according to customer orders * Keep the workstation clean and organized * Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders when necessary * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency Requirements: * Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo * Knowledge of pizza dough preparation techniques and ingredients * Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment * Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in pizza flavor and presentation * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
