**Main ActivitiesCustomer Service to Internal Clients (Company Departments):** * Support company departments with various administrative requests; * Control and organize physical and digital documents (spreadsheets, contracts, reservations, among others); * Assist in interdepartmental communication, ensuring smooth information flow; * Perform data entry and updates in internal systems; * Support, when necessary, driver scheduling logistics and operational customer service. **Customer Service to External Clients (Public and Companies):** * Provide customer service by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail or in person, when required, with courtesy and efficiency; * Present and offer the company’s transfer services (passenger vehicles, vans and minivans); * Issue quotations and commercial proposals upon request; * Register transfer bookings and confirmations in the system; * Monitor the process until service execution, keeping the customer informed as per training; * Request customer information and verify vehicle and driver availability with supervision; * Support the reservations, commercial and transportation departments in administrative routines related to external customer service. **General Administrative Functions:** * Prepare customer service and sales reports as requested by supervision; * Maintain workplace organization and ensure proper use of company systems and resources; * Comply with internal policies and established procedures; * Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve customer service and internal processes. **Desired Qualifications** * Completed high school education (higher education is a plus); * Basic knowledge of computer applications and administrative systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, responsibility and ability to work in teams; * Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
