CRM Manager - Araruama/RJ

**Description:**
We are seeking a **CRM Manager** with solid experience in **large automotive groups** and strong background in **high-volume lead management**. This role is based in **Araruama**, working on a **FULLY IN-PERSON basis**. We are looking for a strategic professional with analytical vision, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize processes and people within challenging target-driven environments.
**Location: Araruama/RJ**
**Team:** Approximately 10 people under direct management
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage CRM operations focused on lead conversion and maximizing sales opportunities.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of approximately 10 professionals.
* Analyze performance indicators, generate reports, and propose continuous improvement actions.
* Ensure proper customer service workflow and correct usage of CRM tools.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and after-sales departments.
* Implement and maintain best practices in customer relationship management.
**Requirements:**
* Experience as a **CRM manager in large automotive groups**.
* Experience handling **high lead volumes and managing multidisciplinary teams**.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPIs and conversion strategies.
* Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to drive engagement and performance.
* Knowledge of automotive CRM platforms and automation tools.
* Preferred: prior experience in groups such as Potenza, Azurra, or similar.
Compensation:
R$ 6,000.00 fixed + variable.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
