Critical analysis and attention to detail **Job Mission** Support the engineering department in technical analysis, measurements, and contract control, ensuring compliance with project specifications, official spreadsheets, and public contract requirements, with critical thinking and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** * Support processes for **construction and service measurement** * Verify and analyze **official measurement spreadsheets** (MOP, SINAPI/CINAP or similar) * Support analysis of **public tender projects and documents** * Verify requirements received from the contracting company, assessing **necessity, technical consistency, and quantities** * Support administrative controls within the engineering department * Organize technical documents, measurement records, reports, and internal controls * Interface with contracts, construction sites, and the administrative department **Requirements** * Technical qualification in **Building Construction** or a degree in **Civil Engineering** (completed or in progress) * Experience with **construction measurement** * Knowledge of **official measurement spreadsheets** (MOP, CINAP/SINAPI or equivalents) * Strong ability in **critical analysis and attention to detail** * Intermediate Excel proficiency Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.500,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
