We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and returns operations for materials at Distribution Centers and Operational Hubs. * Ensure material availability to support operations and prevent stockouts. * Support internal customers. * Ensure physical and system-based inventory accuracy by coordinating cyclical and full inventories. * Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring proper system and financial reconciliation of materials. * Ensure correct execution of material return and reverse logistics processes. * Manage asset control for materials deployed in operations. * Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory management, such as accuracy, losses, obsolescence, and stockout levels. * Standardize inventory control processes across operational units. * Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Controlling departments to align material management processes. * Lead and develop the inventory operations team, promoting continuous training and high performance. * Ensure full compliance with occupational safety, data protection, and environmental control regulations, procedures, and standards. * Issue and monitor corrective and preventive action reports in case of accidents or incidents. * Ensure achievement of Performance Evaluation objectives. * Support internal and external audits. * Monitor and ensure area organization and cleanliness. * Maintain and review operational procedures. * Prepare managerial reports upon request. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory and logistics operations management. * Experience coordinating telecom operations is a plus. * Experience in inventory control and material management. * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and WMS. * Experience developing inventory processes; reverse logistics; asset management; and asset control. * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (if enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on Intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rate * Samsung Partnership Portal Guided by our purpose to **connect people, ideas, and businesses, promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
